3 days... 4 shows... 1 parade (busy weekend)

An incredibly busy weekend has ended and (thankfully) the pics were uploaded early enough for it all to be recapped in one post.
(thanks, Liana)

Get those seat belts on, kids, because this is gonna make your head spin.

Friday (February 22, 2013)

Cowboys Saloon in Davie.

SFC performed there for the first time!
Based on the silliness outside (Olivia3's mom, Leigh Ann), It looks like the fun started out front.

Waiting to perform can be hard work.

And it's a great photo time... Which we are really good at, too.

Love this shot... Lined up ready to go.
Shows the cute-ness these kids have inside them.

Leigh Ann's fun and Bri's photo bombing NEVER get old.

Meredith and Olivia3

These kids are always excited when they are allowed inside a 21 and older club.
Sneak peak for 10 years down the line.

Orange Blossom Festival and Parade

This pic is a different point of view, isn't it?
(pre-sun burn... For me anyway)

Jessica (sunshine) and Olivia2. (next door neighbors since age 4)

It really was perfect weather.... Not too sunny. Nice breeze but 83 deg out!
(Olivia3, Bri, Sammy, and Stephanie... Awesome girls)

Sammy and her mom, Jerri. (Love them)

Waiting at the judges' booth was this fantastic-sign-holding group. It was a nice welcome for our float.
(was that Brad Pitt walking pass them? A girl can dream, right?)

Mia... With a nice SFC plug in the background

Our group float... So proud. And a HUGE shout out to the float-builders!

Junior Rock Star cuteness

Ready for show #1

These girls did great!

This trio of sisters are so sweet; just a joy to get to know.

View from the stage.... Great crowd.

Olivia1 - Our beauty. Staying cool.

A meeting of the minds.... The ever-changing line-up takes so much time.

One of our mother-daughter clogging acts (Mimi and Sally)

Our most-loved unofficial official photographer, Liana.
Taking a much needed break.

And... Best news... We took home a 1st place trophy.
(youth performing category)

Sunday... February 24, 2013
Tour de Broward

Team members had an early (8am) arrival for this event.

Spectacular ending to a new routine
They've been stretching splits for months.

Backstage

All in all... It was an exhausting, fun filled weekend.

Lots of sun and crazy schedules... But we wouldn't trade it for the world!!!

Until next time... Thanks for looking

B-I-N-G-O night.... Clogger style!

Our not-so-little dance team has HUGE plans for 2013
Multiple out of town shows/workshops/competitions = big costs!!
Our favorite fund-raiser....
Bingo.... Bingo.... Bingo!!
I cannot think of a more fun way to spend a Friday night.... Really!

And, thankfully, 150 of our clogger family/friends agree.

Guests were greeted at the door by the Liana and Leigh Ann duo.
(Holly's and Olivia3's moms)
The brains behind the whole thing

They spent weeks collecting $$$ and planning the night
And figuring out who ordered what

Pre-paid folks had coupons waiting - good for pizza/hot dogs

Mia's Pa-pa (Richard) almost didn't get passed security. Lol

Olivia1 and Kelly picking out their food!

The little ones had the back room to themselves... Movie night!

A bingo table was primed and ready to go....
As demonstrated by Bri and Lora.

So were Olivia3, Lindsay, Brianna, and Erica.

Carmen, one of our callers, was the one we really needed ready.

Becky's mom, Mary, with Kathy and Les (a fellow clogger himself)

Sammy at the kitchen entryway.... Serving dinner?

Becky and (my little one) Paige-- sporting her new short(er) hair

Lora, Kathy, Becky, Jeff and Bri.
(Zazz events in the house!!!!)

Becky cooking??? A rare sight indeed!

An upcoming birthday weekend didn't stop Stephanie

Bingo all set.... Now just need players to arrive.

These three were privately celebrating Harry Styles' birthday.
If you have to ask who he is.... You may be living under a rock.

And here we are.... Me and Lani, ready to play

Meredith and Sunshine

Soon... All the tables were full and the night began.

10 games.... 10 winners!

The night couldn't have happened with some really dedicated moms
Carmen (Bri's mom)

Liana (Holly's mom)

Leigh Ann (Olivia3's mom)

Best part of the night, was noticing how everyone stayed to help with the cleanup!!

It was a group effort.... Really.

All said.... It was a great success!
We raised some $$$, but (more importantly) bonded together.
This team is an awesome family.
